What is an underwater drone and how does it work?

An underwater drone is a submersible remotely operated vehicle equipped with a camera for navigation and recording. The ROV is powered by battery and is connected to a tether and is controlled on a mobile or tablet device through WI-FI connection to the drone.
What are the applications of underwater drones?

Yes, the drones are capable of operating in fresh water and saltwater conditions up to a depth of 150 metres.
How long does a typical inspection with your drones take?

This varies depending on a multitude of factors such as the location, the area the drone will enter and be submerged, the quality of the environment for the drone, the difficulty and size of the task and weather conditions.
Are your services compliant with industry regulations and safety standards?

In Ireland there is no requirement to be licensed to operate a drone of small scale. With regards to any other concerns please contact us.
